Affiliates are paid for each referred hosting account that remains active beyond 31 days. Any referred accounts cancelling within 31 days will not be credited to affiliate. This is due to the fact that we provide a 30 day money back guarantee.
When you refer a client who signed up with our any hosting plan, you will get 100% of sale amount for the first month. Based on recurring commission structure, Affiliates will continue to get payments for next 4 months if referred hosting account is still active.

Any creatives & tools placed, must be done in such a way that it is not misleading to any site visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid traffics (sales, leads, or clicks) to myhosting.com.
myhosting.com has zero tolerance for abuse and fraud with regards to its services. This includes, but is not limited to order fraud, misrepresentation of myhosting.com services & company identity, traffic hijacking, or any other kind of inappropriate behavior.
Purchasing PPC (Pay Per Click) listings for the registered trademarks is not acceptable. These are: myhosting, myhosting.com mail2web, mail2web.com and softcom.
Any affiliate found to be involved in any actions not deemed appropriate by myhosting.com will be terminated immediately. In these cases, any unpaid referral earnings would be forfeited upon investigation. Brand Terms can be used in the title and the copy in good faith. Coupon, discount or sale terms can be used if any of coupon, discount or sale campaign is actively available.
Any use of domain name(s) that include the terms “myhosting”, “mail2web”, “softcom” or any variation thereof is strictly prohibited and cannot be registered by affiliates. Violation of this agreement could result in a warning, suspension, account termination, and forfeiture of unpaid referral earnings. SoftCom Inc. (“SoftCom”) – the owner of trademarks ‘myhosting’, ‘mail2web’ and ‘softcom’ – will exercise all reasonable and necessary legal means to protect against any such unauthorized use of their trademarks.
myhosting.com has a zero tolerance for unsolicited e-mail of any kind. If affiliate makes any reference to myhosting in an unsolicited e-mail, their account will be terminated. This includes the use of our name, a link to our website, or a link to another website containing references to myhosting.com.
myhosting.com has a zero tolerance for parasitewares and toolbar affiliates. Any affiliate found to be involved in any kind of these actions not deemed appropriate by myhosting.com and will be terminated immediately. In these cases, any unpaid referral earnings will not be paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Violation this agreement could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. myhosting.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel service.
